Men's Basketball (NBA): The Sacramento Kings beat Memphis, 102-90 on Feb. 25. Omri Casspi scored 6 points and grabbed 3 rebounds in 22 minutes of playing time for the Kings. On Feb. 27, the Kings lost to San Antonio, 96-107. Casspi scored 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 24 minutes in that game. |

Women's Basketball (Israeli Elite League): In Eurocup action, Ashdod beat Villeneuve 66-57 at home on Feb. 26. Shay Doron scored 8 points to help her team to victory. |

Ice Hockey (NHL): Mike Cammalleri has been scoring at a torrid pace, and leads the Jewish NHL contingent. On Feb. 25, he scored a goal, but it was to no avail as the NJ Devils lost to Calgary 1-3. On Feb. 27 they were beaned by Boston, 2-3 in overtime, and Cammalleri recorded an assist. On Feb. 28, he had another assist, which helped the Devils beat Columbus, 2-0 in Columbus. Cammalleri now has 33 points (23 goals and 10 assists) in 51 games this season. Eric Nystrom has 7 goals and 5 assists in 58 games for the Nashville Predators thus far this season. |
