Men's Basketball (NBA):
On March 1, Omri Casspi scored 7 points in 27 minutes, but the Sacramento Kings lost to the Portland Trailblazers, 99-110. On March 3, the Kings knocked the Knicks at the Garden, 124-86. Casspi scored 14 points, grabbed 3 rebounds and dished off 2 assists in 20 minutes of playing time. In addition, he had a +25 rating that game. On March 4, Casspi scored 5 points and grabbed 2 rebounds in 21 minutes, but the Kings were not spared by the Spurs in San Antonio, and they lost big time, 85-112. On March 6, the Kings lost to the Magic in Orlando, 114-119. Casspi scored 12 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 26 minutes in that game. On March 7, the Kings lost to the Heat in Miami, 109-114. Casspi contributed 3 points, 2 assists and 7 rebounds in 18 minutes, off the bench.

Ashdod's quest for the Eurocup title was thwarted on March 5, as they lost to Villeneuve, 56-72. Shay Doron scored 16 points for Ashdod in that contest.

Women's Collegiate Ten-pin Bowling:
Fairleigh Dickinson University's Liat Vizenfeld was named NEC co-bowler of the week for the first week of February for her performance in the event in Altoona, PA. She averaged 207.7 per game, with a high score of 235, and made just under 97% of her non-split spare conversions. Their next event will be the conference tournament to be held March 21 & 22 at Howell Lanes in New Jersey.

Morgan Pressel has a scoring average of 73 for 14 rounds this year. She has earned $18,532 in the 4 events she has played thus far in 2015.

Ice Hockey (NHL):
On March 3, Mike Cammalleri scored a goal for the NJ Devils as they proved to the Nashville Predators who was boss, by defeating them 3-1.
