Men's Basketball (NBA):
On Jan. 19, the Sacramento Kings lost to the Portland Trailblazers in Portland, 94- 98. Omri Casspi scored 5 points and grabbed 2 rebounds in 8 minutes of playing time for the Kings.

Women's Basketball (Israeli Elite League):
On Jan. 19, Sport Club Ashdod defeated Elitzur Ramle, 73-65. Shay Doron led Ashdod in scoring with 25 points. Na'ama Shafir scored 10 points and dished off 8 assists for Ramle.
Women's Collegiate Ten-pin Bowling:
The Fairleigh Dickinson University Knights won the Underwood Classic in Laurel, MD on Jan. 18. The Knights posted a 9-0 won-loss record in the event. Liat Vizenfeld rolled a 211 as FDU defeated Norfolk State 1009-940. She bowled a 205 in her team's 1020-738 victory over Virginia Union University. Liat blasted the pins for a 234 as FDU coasted to a 1001-838 win over Bowie State.
Ice Hockey (NHL):
Mike Cammalleri has 21 points (15 goals and 6 assists) in 35 games for the NJ Devils. Jason Zucker has 21 points (16 goals and 5 assists) in 42 games for the Minnesota Wild.
On Jan. 18, Carter Camper contributed an assist to the Binghamton Senators' 6-3 victory over the Springfield Falcons in Springfield. He has 20 points (4 goals and 16 assists) in 39 games thus far this season.

Brett Sterling has 40 points (18 goals and 22 assists) and 82 penalty minutes in 39 games for Salzburg EC of the Austrian league. He has a +18 rating this season.
