Before the round-up, a few ideas: 2) There is a totally private organization, One Family fund, which helps terror victims and their families. An idea I had is for individual members of the Jewish community, Hebrew School classes, Temples, or Jewish-owned businesses to donate a small amount each (could be a dime) to One Family fund for each goal scored by a Jewish minor league or NHL player who plays for your local team. Some of the players include: Michael Cammalleri of the NJ Devils, Eric Nystrom of the Nashville Predators, and Carter Camper of the Binghamton Senators, but there are more. All you have to do is Google "Jewish hockey players" and there is a list on Wikipedia, and then follow your local player, and go to the games to cheer for them and their team, and help One Family fund to help terror victims and their families. 3) Please say a prayer for "refuah shlayma" for Minnesota Wild (hockey) player Jason Zucker (his parents names are Natalie and Scott), who recently suffered a broken clavicle and will undergo surgery soon and is expected to be out of action for three months. |

Women's Basketball (Israeli Women's Elite League): Ashdod trounced Sopron in Hungary on Feb. 11, 2015, by a score of 87-60 to advance to the Eurocup semi-finals to be held later this month. Shay Doron scored 26 points for Ashdod in that game. |

Hockey (AHL): On Feb. 13, Carter Camper recorded an assist for Binghamton as the Senators edged the Lehigh Valley Phantoms 3-2 in a rare road victory. Camper now has 26 points (6 goals and 20 assists) in 48 games this season for the Senators. |
