Baseball (MLB): Left-handed relief pitcher Craig Breslow has agreed to a one-year deal with Boston Red Sox for the 2015 season. He has a career earned-run-average of 3.20 in 456 1/3 innings pitched in 479 game appearances. Breslow has recorded 22 wins, 23 losses and 7 saves. He has struck out a total of 366 batters and walked 185 in his Major League career. |

Men's Basketball (NBA): After missing 7 games due to a knee injury, Omri Casspi scored 16 points on 7-of-10 shooting in 29 minutes off-the-bench for the Sacramento Kings on Dec. 22. He added 8 rebounds and 3 assists, but the Kings lost to the Golden State Warriors in Oakland, CA. Casspi now has 160 points (8.57 average) and 75 rebounds (3.57 average) in 21 games this season. |
