The Houston Rockets lost their first two playoff games against
the Portland Trailblazers on April 20 and 23. They beat the Blazers in the third game of the series, on April 25. The next game of the series will be on April 27 in Portland. Omri Casspi has not seen any playing time in the post-season, and thus, has yet to appear in a playoff game in his 5 year NBA career.

Men's Basketball (Euroleague)
On April 23, Maccabi Tel Aviv defeated Armani Milano, 86-66 to win their series, and they will be in the Euroleague final four for the twelfth time. David Blu (Bluthenthal) scored 11 points on 4-for-6 shooting, including 3 of 5 from three-point land. Alex Tyus, an African-American Jew-by-choice who made Aliyah recently, led all the scorers from Tel Aviv with 16 points and 9 rebounds in 27 minutes of playing time.

Women's Basketball (Israeli Elite League)
Sport Club Ashdod defeated Elitzur Ramle 76-74 in overtime to win their second ever championship. Naama Shafir led all the Israeli players in the game, but her dozen points for the evening evidently wasn't enough for Ramle.

hockey Ice Hockey (Europe)
Three "members of the tribe" dominated the action on the ice for their respective teams in the 2013-14 season. Evan Kaufmann scored 40 points (16 goals and 24 assists) in 48 games for the Thomas Sabo Ice Tigers of the German DEL. Adam Henrich scored a career high 66 points (25 goals and 41 assists) playing for the Coventry Blaze of the British EIHL in 2013-14. He was assessed 144 penalty minutes. His brother Michael Henrich contributed 51 points (17 goals and 34 assists) for the Blaze.

Ice Hockey (AHL)
Carter Camper had a productive season playing for two teams in the AHL. He scored 31 points (8 goals and 23 assists) in 41 games for the Providence Bruins and added another 20 points (4 goals and 16 assists) in 19 games for the Springfield Falcons. He has scored one goal in three playoff games for the Falcons.

hockey Ice Hockey (NHL)
Mike Brown, who scored 5 points (2 goals and 3 assists) in 56 games this past season, has helped his team, the San Jose Sharks, in the playoffs. The Sharks beat the LA Kings in the first two games, at home, split the next two games in LA., and lost the game on April 26 at home. The next game in the series will be on Monday, April 28, in LA. Brown has a goal and an assist in the series. He was assessed 84 penalty minutes during the regular season and has 26 penalty minutes in the playoffs thus far.
