Ashdod defeated Ramle in three straight games to win their second league championship in a row. The score of the final game of the best-of-five series, held on Thursday, April 16 was 74-55. Shay Doron scored 11 points for the victors, and Naama Shafir led the losing side with 14 points.
Women's Golf (LPGA):
Morgan Pressel has made the cut in 7 of the 8 events she has played this year, with one top-10 finish. She has a scoring average of 71.67 for 30 rounds thus far in 2015, with a best round of 64. Pressel has earned $233,687 in 2015.
Ice Hockey (NHL):

Brett Sterling led his team EC Salzburg to the league championship as they defeated the Vienna Capitals in four straight games in their series. In 13 post- season games, Sterling had 21 points (10 goals and 11 assists), 26 penalty minutes, and he had a +16 rating.
Men's Tennis (ATP):
Dudi Sela is ranked 93rd in the World. He has a 3-4 won-loss record and has earned $104,565 thus far in 2015.
Women's Tennis (WTA):
Shahar Peer is ranked 123rd in the World. She has a singles' won-loss record of 6-9 and a doubles' record of 1-4 and has earned $53,929. Julia Glushko (Jewish father) has a 9-8 record in singles and a 3-2 record in doubles. She has earned $21,373 and is ranked 128th in the World.
